The current laundry operation lacks a centralized system for monitoring and managing daily tasks, leading to inefficiencies, miscommunications, and delays in service delivery. Struggle with real-time oversight of machine usage, staff performance, and customer complaints resulting in suboptimal resource allocation and missed opportunities for process improvement. Staff members face challenges in tracking job progress, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely completion of laundry services. There is a need for a comprehensive dashboard that provides both managers and staff with the tools and insights required to optimize operations, enhance productivity, and improve overall service quality.
